Joe represents those who believe in and live out the American Dream, but with most of his experience in the field of accounting, Joe had not intended or realized that he would be doing it as a real estate professional.

Joe was born and raised in the Philippines, specifically in the Province of Tarlac. His parents were very poor, so Joe needed to work at a young age. He attended school at night while he helped to support himself and his family. Joe worked in construction as a laborer for a while when he got out of high school and became employed at a hospital doing clerical work while attending college . He was soon transferred to the accounting department . Realizing the importance of a formal education, this self-motivated achiever graduated from the largest university in Manila, University of the East, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.
Joe ’s sister had moved to the United States and had lived here for about a year when Joe came to visit as a tourist in 1981. It was here that he met his wife , Esperanza, so the decided to stay.
